I–N–D–E–X.COM
This name speaks for itself… what is it saying you ask? How about: “Look at all the ugly hyphens in that name!”. But, how could anyone resist reg’ing this name. “INDEX” is a totally international word, good for just about anybody, anywhere.
Well, hyphens aside… OK, it’s hard to not notice them or notice typing them. Take a look at index.com — lame! And such a prime generic name! Look at i-n-d-e-x.com. A default GoDaddy parked paged. Ugh! Just for comparison, take a look at index.hu — Rock’in!
Well, my goal is to make I–N–D–E–X.COM at least as good as those other “index” dot coms… lol!
Some good grabs in the last few days including AptHotels,com (short for Apartment Hotels — very big in Europe), SpainIbiza,com (Ibiza is an island off the coast of Spain very popular with tourists), UseTea,com (squillions of health benefits attributed to tea these days…), and finally ZapGuard,com for quality anti-static products you can trust, lol!
I love this campy western. Technology way ahead of its time running amok at the hands of an evil genius mastermind. Nothing funny about WesternBoutique.com, though… I just picked this up today, and I am thrilled to death.
I usually don’t scan for dropping .ORG domains, but this one happen to catch my eye. MyGenes.org seems to me a really good fit for the extension…
Cool name for marketing VOIP services, etc… With a little upgrade, maybe this one could even do it!
